FTX SPS Tech was founded by a professional with over 8 years of experience in factory quality auditing in China's major rubber and sealing component manufacturing regions. This background is not incidental — it is the foundation of how we source and supply.
We work with a carefully selected network of manufacturers in China's key rubber production regions. Our supplier selection criteria include production consistency, material traceability, dimensional accuracy, and responsiveness to quality feedback.
We are a small, focused operation — which means every order receives personal attention. We do not outsource quality decisions to a purchasing department.
How We Ensure Product Quality
8+ Years Factory Auditing
Our founder spent over 8 years auditing rubber and sealing component factories in China's Pearl River Delta region. We know what a well-run factory looks like — and what to watch out for.
Dimensional Inspection
Every batch is checked against AS568 dimensional tolerances. We verify inside diameter (ID), cross-section (CS), and surface finish before shipment.
Material Verification
NBR 70 Shore A hardness is verified within ±5 tolerance. FKM material is confirmed for correct fluorine content and temperature resistance. Material certificates available on request.
Packaging & Labeling
Parts are packaged in polybags with clear labels showing AS568 number, material, hardness, and quantity. Bulk or custom packaging available for distributors.
Third-Party Inspection Welcome
We welcome third-party inspection or sample approval before bulk orders. SGS, BV, and other inspection agencies are accepted.

Small MOQ & Mixed-Size Orders
We understand that MRO distributors and small manufacturers often need multiple sizes in moderate quantities rather than large volumes of a single part number. Our ordering model is designed for exactly this.
You can combine different AS568 dash numbers, different materials (NBR and FKM), and different quantities in a single purchase order. Everything ships together in one carton or pallet, saving you freight costs and simplifying your receiving process.
For trial orders, we recommend starting with a representative sample of the sizes you need most. Once you have verified the quality and dimensions, scaling up is straightforward.
